AI Zippe Discovery ("we", "us") provides a litigation support tool that summarizes discovery response documents you upload. This policy describes what we do with your account information and the documents you upload.

Account information

We collect the firm name, your name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers) needed to operate your account and bill for the service.

Documents you upload

Document content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your summary and is not used to train any AI model. We do not separately store the documents you upload beyond what is required to process a single request.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting help@aizippediscovery.com.
